“Birth support that centers your voice- your story, your birth.”
Birth invites essential questions:
What are my options? How will my partner and I advocate for our birth in vulnerable moments? How do I want to feel during my birth experience?
HOW I HELP
Becoming a doula has allowed me to hold space for these questions; with my professional experience and evidence-based training, while also taking the time to understand who you are as an individual.
My goal is to collaborate with you and your partner, focusing on balance, connection, and advocacy through education. I provide comfort measures, and my aim is to co-create an environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.
Together, we amplify your voice, honor your choices, and shape a birth experience that reflects your vision and values.
BIRTH DOULA SUPPORT
POSTPARTUM DOULA SUPPORT
THE HEART OF MY PRACTICE
At the heart of my practice is a commitment to building authentic connections that help birthing people and their support teams feel prepared, and supported during one of life’s most intimate and transformative experiences.
MEET YOUR DOULA
Hello and welcome! I’m Doula Talia, based in San Francisco. After a fulfilling 20-year career in healthcare, I felt a profound calling to transition into birth work — a path deeply woven into the human experience. How we show up for one another matters; through presence and connection, we ignite strength within ourselves and each other.
As a mother, I also learned how easily the birth experience can slip away, unless we create space to slow down and truly honor it. My passion now lies in building community and offering steady, graceful guidance so you can fully experience and embrace your birth journey with trust and confidence.
BAY AREA HOSPITALS
Below is a list of Bay Area hospitals where I have supported families as a birth doula. Welcoming babies across San Francisco, the Peninsula, and the East Bay. If you don’t see your birthing hospital listed, no worries — I may have supported births there since my last update. I continue to serve families, babies, and newborns throughout Bay Area hospitals.

Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital (ZSFG)
Note: I have supported clients who are under the care of various provider groups here, and families working with high-risk Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists. From 2023 to 2024, I also provided care for families at CPMC Van Ness Hospital through Mission Bernal's Women's Health Clinic as part of the Sutter Health Equity Doula Pilot Program. In this role, I provided bilingual prenatal, birth, postpartum, and newborn support in both English and Spanish, expanding access to doula care for families who may not have otherwise received it and helping to improve maternal health outcomes across our community.
