BIRTH DOULA SUPPORT

My birth doula package includes two prenatal visits to prepare for your labor and postpartum journey, plus an optional “due date walk” to connect before baby’s arrival. When labor begins, I provide full on-call support and present for your birth, followed by 1-2 hours of immediate golden hour care. You’ll also receive a post-birth wrap-up visit, unlimited text and email support, and access to a loaner TENS unit for comfort during labor.

Optional Due Date Walk — A chance to connect and bond before your baby’s arrival.
Full On-Call Birth Support — Continuous hands-on assistance, comfort, and advocacy throughout your labor and birth.
Loaner TENS unit for comfort during labor.
Golden Hour Care — One to two hours of immediate support after birth, including guidance with first latch.
Postpartum Wrap-Up Visit — Reflect on your birth, discuss recovery, and ease your transition into parenthood.
Unlimited Text & Email Support — Ongoing access for questions and reassurance before and after birth.

POSTPARTUM DOULA SUPPORT

Guidance with feeding, soothing, infant care, and help ease the challenges of the postpartum period. I provide tips and resources to aid your healing and comfort after birth. Light meal prep, organizing, and creating a calm home environment so you can focus on bonding with your baby. Postpartum care is customized to each family — offering you rest, reassurance, and continuity of care.

Please note that all postpartum offerings are subject to my availability at the time of your birth.
