As a mother, I learned how easily the birth experience can slip away if we don’t create space to slow down and truly honor it. These experiences enrich the empathy, depth, and presence I bring into every birth space. This allows me to connect with families on both a professional and deeply human level.
As your doula, I specialize in a team-centered approach. My doula services are tailored to who you are and the unique vision you hold for your pregnancy, labor, and birth. With a foundation in evidence-based birth practices, I provide you with the information and tools necessary to make informed decisions. Every family and every labor journey is DIFFERENT — and together, we create your Birth Team.
For many, the path to pregnancy may have been a long and arduous journey to reach this stage. I deeply understand the physical and emotional resilience that both the birthing person and their partner carry. As you prepare to meet your baby, I offer unwavering support, ensuring you feel seen, heard, and empowered every step of the way.

INSURANCE OPTIONS
As a San Francisco Bay Area Birth Doula, I’ve supported families in accessing doula care through various types of employer benefits, including Carrot Fertility and, more recently, employee insurance reimbursement plans (e.g., Aetna through Apple Inc., Anthem PPO, GEHA Insurance). This has included clients from companies such as Box, Snap Inc., Peloton, Salesforce, Invitae, Slack, and Eventbrite — just to name a few!
